uPcoming Events at first presbyterian fargo
Fall is an exciting time at FPC-Fargo. Check out all of our wonderful opportunities.
Mark your calendars and prepare your plaid! Our Kirkin’ O’ The Tartans services will be at 9am and 11am on November 3rd. All of the traditional elements will be included, from pipers to Celtic dancers! Don’t forget to bring your piece of Tartan Plaid with you (with name taped or pinned to the back) to the service so that you can participate in the traditional “Calling of the Clans.”

During worship on Sunday, November 10th, we will name and recognize those church members who have died this past year. There will be an opportunity for family members to come forward to the chancel area to light a candle in remembrance of loved ones. All are invited to participate in this meaningful time to remember either recent losses or saints who have gone before us.
Centering Prayer, a group meditative practice, will be held Thursdays from 12:15-12:50pm in the Jennie Roberts Room. Join the group for a time of silent prayer followed by a brief devotion. Come and find a moment of stillness in your day.
Co-sponsored by The Presentation Prayer Center and The Pilgrimage at FPC.

Sunday, November 17, our own St. Andrew’s Brass and the Second Sunday Band will collaborate to perform and lead familiar hymns, Dixieland style, during regularly scheduled worship at 10:30am; you won’t want to miss it!
After worship, stick around for a potluck and card games! Bring a fall soup to share, bread and desserts will be provided by EduCon. The Vikings Game will be up on a TV in the Jennie Roberts Room, and there will be games of Mah Jongg and Gin Rummy!
